    Looks great. I cook a lot. And have made a very similar dish. Can you really chop and peel everything then grate garlic in 5 min? I can’t. Why not just say it’s a 30 or 40 min meal? Tx

    I do a version of this that my grandfather from Naples taught me. Yours is the same although we just did garlic, olive oil, chili flakes, cici and elbows and tons of fresh parsley. I use pipette pasta shape from Barilla. Your pic looks like them! Thanks for putting this recipe out there. It's a a great pantry staple and can be tweaked by the suggestions you wrote and by the way, my husband loves it with some
    chopped sun dried tomatoes in oil and fresh basil.
